Private by design
Your data never leaves your computer
Mercista has no account, no server and no cloud of its own. The program is blocked by its security policy from connecting to the internet, so even a bug cannot upload your business.

Turn on AES-256 encryption for the data stored on the computer. A lost password cannot be recovered, so keep your backups.

Questions people ask
How much does it cost?
A lifetime license costs 19.99 $, paid once, and updates are free. There is no subscription and no yearly fee. Try it free for 7 days or 100 operations first.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Mercista installs and runs without internet. WhatsApp and similar buttons open your own apps, and only when you press them.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in the program's own private storage. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. Keep regular backups: the program reminds you.
Can I use one license on two computers?
No. A license key is made for one computer. Another computer needs its own license.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 7 days or 100 operations, the next operation is not saved and a screen explains why. Your data is safe: you can still take a backup, and entering a key opens the program again.
Is it an approved e-invoicing or accounting system?
No. Mercista can export UBL 2.1 e-invoice files and builds accounting books from your documents, but it is not approved by any tax authority. Check your local rules and ask an accountant to review your books.

Windows 10 or 11 with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome installed (most computers already have one).
